You are correct, only S4LN-21 has an impulse coupling. S4LN-20 does not.
Q: Are these priced and sold is for each magneto?
Yes, these are new units priced as each.
Q: you say 20 is RH and 21 is LH. does it mean right and left handed? but the rotation (L) is same on both, correct?
Both mags are LEFT rotation, LH and RH are referring to which side of the engine they are installed.
