I am not sure why this pull rivet is nearly ten times more expensive from Spruce than from Wicks, but after buying a small quantity here, I purchased the remainder from Wicks. Difference across the 400 or so would have been over $550. I have to assume AS originally packaged these 10 or 15 to a bag, and someone failed to reprice when they went to individual sale.

No they are not the same. The AACS-04-02 is a standard blind rivet. The AACQ-04-02 is a structural blind rivet so it will have a higher shear and tensile strength than the AACS-04-02.
