NOTE: These are swaged type cylinders, if you need removable push rods please order part # 07-12522. Uniform hardness all the way through the steel barrel walls which allows the barrel to provide even wear while withstanding extreme cylinder temperatures and pressures. Exhaust and intake ports are volumetrically matched to maximum output and performance. Increased port wall thickness - eliminates problems with warping and cracking. Computer-generated head fin configuration - deliver more uniform heat transfer and fewer "hot" spots. Manufactured from the most advanced alloys available - exceed industry standard for strength and porosity. Note: Item does not include piston pin or rocker arms. |

Installed on a Cessna 150 with the 0-200 engine. So far no problems with a little over 3 hours flight time on new cylinder.
We are in the process of restoring a 1962 Cessna 172C. The O300 power plant runs well but is getting tired. We used Superior Millenium cylinders for the top overhaul. The quality and workmanship is exceptional. Very pleased with the purchase.

I’ve always read that millenium Cylinders were the best. Just put 4 on my c-85 and one of them had a stuck valve from an incorrectly sized valve guide. It’s been 2 weeks of trying to get a new cylinder from Millenium because they refused to allow an exchange with spruce and they still have not even mailed the cylinder. Multiple messages have been left and they don’t even return the call. They may be good cylinder but good luck if you have any problems with them!!!

The difference is in the engine application:
- SA10200-A20P is for Continental O-200-A, B; C-125-2, C-145-2, -2H; O-300A, B, C, D
- SA10200-A21P is for Continental C-75, 85
- SA10200-A22P is for Continental C-90
Yes, the product listed on this page is a complete, assembled cylinder. It will come with the piston and ring.

Yes. It comes with the complete gasket set to replace all gaskets / seals during removal / replacement.
This cylinder does not come with a piston pin. The part number for the pin is 08-11143.
Yes, it will come with a valve cover, push rod housing and push rod connector.
We do not install the ring sets in the cylinders when we ship them. The rings will have to be gapped in accordance with Superior Air Parts Service Letter L05-09.
Yes, the application is exactly the same. They are manufactured two different places, but the fit and form is the same. Yes, you can just replace one cylinder, although it is common when replacing one to replace the entire set.
