Works perfectly! I had to trim off some of the bottom flange so that it would fit in my panel, but that was easy to do and looks great.

These little covers are great. They are the perfect size, the holes are right on and they look sharp. Can't beat the price either!

Q: What material are these instrument hole covers made of? Plastic? Aluminum?

These are made of fire retardant plastic per specification FAR 25.853.

Q: Are these designed to be attached to the back of the panel? I didnt want the frame of the cover to show.

Yes, these can mount from the back of the panel.

Q: which size is good for cessna 172pm?

Most gauges in the 172 are the 3-1/8, however we always recommend measuring the hole you are covering before ordering to ensure it will work.

Q: Size is the same in a 182?

The 182 likely has 3-1/8 and 2-1/4 gauges installed. You will need to measure the hole you are covering.
