The Component Log is for helicopter or avionics components such as radio or GPS receivers, or even TCAS units. Helicopters have many more time-limited components than airplanes, many of which are small components which are exchanged or overhauled on their own schedule. Many avionics units are swapped and/or repaired separately. This log consists of a master log sheet, plus separate log sheets which can be mated to individual components. |
