Reviews

This mask arrived quickly and is quite comfortable to wear. A little pricey with the mic but matches well with most adjustable regulators. I have learned it is wise to wear oxygen at sustained altitudes above 10,000. With us trying to practice social distancing, this is one way to make sure you are breathing clean air if you don the mask before takeoff. You only need to reduce the regulator flow until you reach higher altitudes. Helps keep you sharp on long flights based on my experience. I ordinarily fly with a crew of three.

Q: Is there a fit chart for the AEROX mask (PN 13-06657) so I will know what size to order? Thank you.

Per the supplier: There is no fit chart available. Small is not very common, usually for small teen and petite women. Medium is the most common size and generally explained as a one size fits all. The large is also not common and intended for very large men, example would be an NFL lineman.

Q: Does the mask come with a connector (e.g. PB1)?

It has the standard push on connectors that plug on to the flow meter.

Q: Does the mask mix the oxygen with cabin air, or is it strictly tank fed oxygen? I have to do a flight review and want to be completely isolated from the instructors exhale.

This mask is designed to be used with a portable oxygen system and it would be strictly tank fed.

Q: My Mooney uses the SC type connector to connect the mask to the system. Is this mask compatible? Thx

Yes, this would attach to the flow meter and can be used with all aerox tubing.

Q: Does this mask bring a Holder/placer to be installed in the cockpit?

It does not come with a holder.
