The bag is well made and my son loves it. The packaging was good and the overall quality, size, and detail matched what I had read online. The only issue is one hook on the should strap will not close completely. I tried to force it closed, but it seems to be locked up. My son did not want to return it since he was so excited to have it in his possession. I am happy if he is happy.
