Red is darker than the cheap tags, which looks better IMO. Font is much neater (crisp) compared to cheap tags. BUT after a few days of light use in jacket & trouser pockets, the stitching along the edges has frayed so badly that it met a Bic. Funnily enough, the corners still frayed after being burned. Entire tag has already turned into bacon (wrinkled). I purchased this out of nostalgia but I will stick to a high quality Vegetable tanned leather keytag instead...
