If you went past the recommended torque value I would say you have an issue with a dirty surface area. I would remove and clean all sealing surfaces and retry. Going to 90 in/lb won't hurt the valve.
No, this will work with early model Rotax, but late models need adapter CCA-2474 to be used.
Yes, it will fit if the engine is pre-2015. If it is newer, then you will need the adapter 05-03539.
