Curtis drain valves work well but tend to leak over time. Canâ€™t seem to find replacement O-rings and replace entire valve each time.
No longer brass but now aluminum. First sign of resistance, probably because the threads were off, the valve distorted and could not be used. Pure waste of money but I did salvage the seal and used it on the old brass unit it was going to replace. Dont waste your money if you can find new seals.

Replacing the originals on my pa28-181. Old ones 40 years old and starting to seep. If this set is as long lived I have nothing to worry about. OEM.
Just installed new Curtis CCA-1800 to replace the heavily rusted SAF-AIR CAV-110 drains on my RV. They look & work great. I expect the brass will cope much better with the salty coastal air.
Exactly what was needed, Aircraft Spruce overnighted it to me from CA and I was able to fly to KOSH and Airventure the next day, Great Service!!
