SAF-AIR push type fuel drain valves are close tolerance valves of simple design. These valves provide the most trouble free operation of any other line of valves in the industry. SAF-AIR valves are manufactured with an o-ring placed on the stem to seal against a flat seat on the body. This design eliminates an area where dirt can gather, thus putting an end to the main cause of fuel drain valve drip. FAA & PMA APPROVED.

Fit perfect, works great
Needed for the fuel filter on my aircraft. Very good quality
Have used this drain before, and after around 10 years the seal has warn-out and needed replacement. I am happy with how this fuel drain has preformed.
Perfect replacement. Just seemed better to change to valve than the O-ring considering they are 20+ years old. I saved an old one as an emergency part.
Very easy replacement for my old drain valves.
Very well made...great quality
Same as originals.
well made , good value
Purchased to replace original valve on gascolator that constantly leaked. So far, this one is leak free (but has less than 1 hour on the Hobbs, so ...)
These are good valves however, after a number of years, the o-rings begin to leak. They are relatively easy to replace, if you can find new ones. These valves use -006 Viton o-rings, which are hard to find. The smallest Viton 0-rings that A/C Spruce sells are -008, which are too large.
It only needs the tip o-ring, part # MS29513-006.
No. The CAV-110 (05-01865) does not have a wire hole drilled into it for safety wire.
This would use a 1/2" socket.
You would need an an844-4 (steel) or -4d(alum) and an AN910-1(brass) of -1D(alum coupling.
