Q&A
Q: I was wondering if the 3M safety-walk tape (PN 09-31650) you sell is the heavy duty type (surface feels like sandpaper), or the light duty type (surface feels like rubber). I'm looking for sheets of clear, light-duty type of non-slip grip.

This clear version of the 3M safety walk has a rubber type of feel. The black version of the safety walk has the sandpaper like feel. This clear safety walk tape, 09-31650, should be the version you are looking for.
