Q: what is the rough opening this will fit in?

For part number 11-13400 the opening must be .8" x .8"

Q: I need to create hole in instrument panel to install this. What is the process of installing? What size drill bit for the whole? There is a flat side of the threaded portion of the body so the hole is not really totally round. Just a little puzzled. Don't want to drill into customers instrument panel without knowing the details.

We have added a spec sheet to the documents tab for this part. Please refer to the spec sheet for specific dimensions.

Q: Is there a price break on quantity?

There is no set price break on quantities, however, if you have a large buy request, we recommend contacting our sales department and requesting a volume discount quote.
