Its as good a price on a contactor anywhere Ive seen them. Fits on the firewall of a Cessna 172N . Original I had only had three posts, this one has four. You need to be able to follow the instructions and understand them. They do come with enough instructions to figure out unless your mechanic slept thru the electrical portion of A&P school.

Q: How does one install this item? (07-01876)

Please see the "Documents" tab on the web page for the standard installation diagram.

Q: I would like to know whether the Lamar X61-0029 relay can conduct current bidirectionally or unidirectionally?

It will conduct current both ways.

Q: We have a Battery relay (contactor) with P/N: X61-0007 in stock. Cant find that part number. Is X61-0029 interchangeable? What about X61-0031?

Per service bulletin SEB-24-02, x61-0007 is replaced by x61-0029 which is a 24v battery relay.
