Ideal for dual Carb applications. Center port connects to engine pulse port (line should not be more than 15 long). Arrows on pump indicate flow pattern for easy installation. Hose barbs accept any 1/4 i.d. fuel line. Cast Aluminum construction. Genuine Mikuni pump. Not an inferior foreign substitute. Body measures 2.5 round x 2 high. Weight 3 oz.
Does NOT INCLUDE Weep Hole required by Rotax Service Instruction.
Pump is a decent value as it’s a little more than the price of just the gaskets.
Works very well.
I have learned the hard way that these pumps do not have a weep hole. A weep hole is extremely important in any installation where the fuel pump is lower than the impulse port. Without a weep hole fuel and oil will build up in the pump and cause it to hydrolock and stop pumping fuel. Pumps from Leading Edge Airfoils do have a weep hole. FYI!
