No, these do not have an FAA/PMA approval.

Q: What gasket goes with heat box #08-01630?

The gaskets are sold separately. The air filter gasket is part number 35923, and bottom carb gasket is part number 652158.

Q: Will this heat box work with a MA-5 carburetor?

We do not have an MA-5 carb, or mounting pattern for the MA-5, but this heat box has a sqaure hole pattern, and the mounting holes have approx. 3-1/4" center hole to center hole spacing.

Q: Do you have rough dimensions of the assembly? Is this steel or aluminum? How much does it weigh? Does it require additional hardware bound the filter?

Per Mfg: Material: steel | Weight: 1.5 Lbs | Length 11" | Wide 4.5". Yes, you will need additional hardware that may come with the filter assembly to mount it.
