“OOPS” Hole saver rivet kit. NAS 1097 rivets are 100º flush rivets with a smaller head. The 1/8” 1097 rivet head is the same size diameter as the normal 3/32” 426 Flush rivet. Easy fix on mistakes made on 3/32” flush rivets. The 3/32” NAS 1097 rivets are great for installing nutplates- you can deburr hole (instead of countersinking) and the reduced head on the NAS 1097 will fit.

I love it that someone put together a kit of these rivets, they are so handy for so many things. A bit high on the price but a lot more work getting small quantities of each of the different sizes of these rivets.
The Oops rivets arrived in 2 days. They are tremendous for changing an enlarged 3/32 hole into a perfect fit. I only needed one rivet, but having a box of them is comforting. I have to believe Ill need more in the future.

We offer a few rivet squeezers, and pnuematic rivet guns used with bucking bars, that can be used. It will depend on the location where the rivet is needed. Most applications close to the edge of panels/sheets, hand squeezers are commonly used, and pnuematic rivet guns are generally used for applications where hand squeezers can not reach.
