Works great. When you are working alone, after you find the hole, clamp it.

Q: Exactly how do these work? Can I drill through an existing hole to make a new hole in the piece behind it, or do I need to drill the new hole from the other side?

If you need to duplicate a hole that is on the bottom sheet to the top sheet, just slide the bottom sleeve with the male pilot between the sheet until the pilot is in the excisting hole. The top sleeve has a bushing with a hole in the middle, which you would drill your hole through. You then have two sheets of material with hole drilled in the same spot.

Q: What is the length (reach) of the hole duplicator? Part # AT532-61

The length of this hole duplicator is approximately 8-5/8".

Q: Am I correct in assuming that the .129 hole finder would be the correct purchase for 1/8th inch holes?

That is correct. The AT532-62 is used for 1/8", #30, holes.
