|Provide an accurate means of drilling duplicate matching holes in over-lapping sheets. Hole to be duplicated is drilled though bushing when pilot is in place.|
Works great. When you are working alone, after you find the hole, clamp it.
If you need to duplicate a hole that is on the bottom sheet to the top sheet, just slide the bottom sleeve with the male pilot between the sheet until the pilot is in the excisting hole. The top sleeve has a bushing with a hole in the middle, which you would drill your hole through. You then have two sheets of material with hole drilled in the same spot.
The length of this hole duplicator is approximately 8-5/8".
That is correct. The AT532-62 is used for 1/8", #30, holes.
