DVD582 Rotax 582 Rebuild Video. Do you have what it takes to do your own engine work??
With our new series of engine rebuild DVD’s, CPS makes the process simple and understandable. Our video will give you a complete and comprehensive step by step inspection and rebuild of the Rotax 582 engines. We will show you what tools you will have to have on hand before getting started plus a few that you might want to invest in for the future if you plan on wrenching for hire. We’ll show you what to look for when diagnosing a failed engine.
We’ll explore all the options available to you when evaluating vital wear parts. After the parts have been evaluated we will completely reassemble our engine using all proper torque values, Loctites, and sealants. And finally we will show you the tests we perform on the bench to assure all important functions of the engine are working correctly.
Because there are several versions of the Rotax 582, we show you the differences between the older models and the new Blue Head 582 Model 99 and how to service both.
