Both legs of the 90 degree are the measurement we provide. For example, part number 02-17600, there are two legs that are 1/4" and the base will have a different dimension. This is priced and sold per foot. For example, for a 4 ft length order quantity 4.
Order the total length of feet you want, in your example quantity 20. When you add the item to your shopping cart, you will be prompted to enter cutting instructions. Provide cutting instructions of "5 pcs @ 4 ft ea" for your example.
The grains runs the length of the block, so I guess you can say it runs parallel to the base.
