The original web page said this cuff was for the 206, 210 and 340 (the old documentation is stlil there). I ordered one for my 210. When it came is was clear it was for the 340 only. I called their support line to tell them about the issue and said I wanted to return it and that the web site was misleading. I was surprised when the person on the phone implied that I should have known it was only for the 340 and she would have to check with her manager to see if they would pay for the return shipping. She said she would call me back right away. Heard nothing so I followed up again. They finally said they would pay for return. Turns out they no longer sell the cuff for the 210. Not the level of customer service I would have expected. They updated their web site faster than they gave me service. I did not get the part and it was a hassle to return.
