Overview

The ELM1000 EFIS is a state-of-the-art multifunctional flight instrument, designed for enhanced situational awareness and cockpit integration. Featuring a high-definition, capacitive touch 10.2" display, it provides pilots with intuitive control and clear, real-time data, powered by a robust NVIDIA chipset for an exceptional graphical experience.

Advanced Performance & Connectivity:
The ELM1000 is equipped with a built-in GPS and AHRS module, providing real-time attitude and position data. For added reliability, an external AHRS can be connected as a backup. Its powerful flight data recorder captures key flight parameters, with easy export to USB for further analysis. Data can also be viewed in Google Earth for comprehensive post-flight reviews.

Enhanced Safety Options:
When paired with an optional AOA (Angle of Attack) sensor and compatible pitot/AOA sensor, the ELM1000 can function as a digital angle of attack indicator, offering crucial insights for increased in-flight safety.

Engine Monitoring Capabilities:
The system supports a wide range of sensors, making it highly adaptable for monitoring critical engine parameters. These include:
Cylinder Head Temperature (CHT) and Exhaust Gas Temperature (EGT) sensors (up to 6 each) Fuel Pressure, Oil Pressure, and Oil Temperature sensors Manifold Pressure (MAP) and Coolant Temperature sensors Fuel Flow Meters (up to 2x) Engine RPM sensor (compatible with various ignition systems) Gearbox Temperature and Under-Cowling Temperature sensors Current Sensor for electrical monitoring CO level detection sensor *Note: External sensors for engine monitoring are not included and are available as add-ons. EM-01 module is included ONLY when sensors are added to the order.

Intelligent Engine Analysis:
When paired with supported engine sensors, the EFIS can monitor engine behavior across each phase of flight and compare it with the aircraft’s own previous flight history. This helps identify unusual trends in CHT, EGT, fuel flow, oil pressure, fuel pressure, oil temperature, and electrical system performance, giving pilots valuable early awareness of possible engine, ignition, cooling, or fuel-system issues.

Built-in Voice Alerts:
The ELM1000 now includes built-in VICS voice alerts, providing real-time spoken warnings for important flight conditions such as bank angle, pitch, airspeed, altitude, and external alert inputs. This gives pilots an added layer of situational awareness without requiring a separate external VICS module. Audio alerts can be connected to the aircraft intercom or audio panel for clear in-flight voice notifications.
