The Large Power Supply Filter is an optional filter for use with the Radio/Power Interface to remove interference noise from a very poor quality supply voltage. The Lynx interface equipment is immune to electrical interference but equipment such as radio transceivers often benefit from additional power filtering. ln particular, the filter is very useful to prevent power supply noise affecting radio reception. The filter will supply current up to ten Amps and can be used to filter the power supply to several items of equipment. |
