Note: Should be used with Purple Metal Polish (See Accessories)
Want a product that really takes the elbow grease out of polishing? This is a very Hi-Tech chemical designed to clean and deoxidize all metal surfaces without streaking, hazing, burning or damaging the surfaces. Removes scale, road film, most acid stains and even rust on Chrome! It is the easiest and safest way to prep the metal before polishing. It really works great!
Did a good job on the checker plate of my trailer . Along with the purple metal polish
The product lived up to my expectations.
The product and service was excellent
I am a very satisfied customer.
Stuff is Magic..... used with its sister product the California Customs polish. My bare aluminum wings were a disgrace. Without the use of any electric buffer, it brought out a shine that I couldnt believe.
Excellent product! We purchased a used and very weathered checker-plate, stainless steel tool box for CHEAP! The Aluminum Deoxidizer took care of the weathering, but quick, with little effort. Then the Purple Polish brought the original lustre back to the tool box! So GREAT! Thanks!
Needed something to take off the oxidation from my Harley-Davidsons. 1 bike has natural (not chromed) aluminum motor covers. When it was new they looked great. Now after 5 yrs of riding all kinds of weather, not so good. If you follow the instructions on the containers, this 2 step process works great. Motorcycle looking great again.
after trial and error i found out that you cant let the stuff dry before you take the stuff off and thats after you use the purple metal polish with it. this stuff does work great i used it on my harley and it brought everything to a great shine i will tell everyone about this stuff i love it
Fantastic. I’ve had a couple polished airplanes over the years, we are currently trying to work on an old 172 which is stripped but never really got polished out. We do need to be mothers products extensively, both with a buffer in by hand. We thought we were getting good progress using the orbital buffer with the mag and aluminum polish, but I tried this brand last week also using a small orbital polisher, and it is like a flipping mirror now! Definitely do it the way they say, get the green stuff, wipe it on there and let it dry, then come back with the purple.

Per the supplier: actually the product that will remove the foggyness from the lenses is the Purple Metal Polish. It has a light abrasive in it that will cut the film and restore the lens 90% of the time. It also has a protectant in it that will make it easier to clean in the future. It is part number 09-02860, see "Accessories" tab for link to detail page and ordering.
It is safe on all metal so it should be fine on bare aluminum. You would need to follow with a polish like their Purple metal polish, part # 09-02860.
