Q: Can you please tell me the width and thickness of this flat rib cord?

Part number 09-03810 is approximately .012" thick and .080" wide.

Q: Is the flat rib lacing cord waxed?

The rib lacing cord is waxed.

Q: What is the diameter of the round cords: 09-03800 and 09-41300-1?

They are both 1/32".

Q: does this cord shrink with the ironing process, or is it pre-shrunk and heat-stable?

Usually the glue joint, over the ribs and the seam that is sewed does not need to see direct heat from the iron. Also, all these areas are going to be overlaid with finishing tape as well.

Q: Is the round cord unwaxed?

Both styles are waxed.
