Committed to quality and customer satisfaction, Rapco offers many improved design features and an exceptional warranty. With Inspection Port and Seal Version: These overhauled Rapco pumps are FAA-PMA approved and come with an inspection port and tool to help determine replacement time, and an internal oil seal to help keep out contaminants. Mounting gasket included. OVERHAULED RAPCO PUMPS are FAA approved and come with an FAA form 8130-3. Mounting gasket included. The warranty period for the 200 series is two years / 1000 hours. The warranty period for the 240 and the 400 series is one year / 400 hours, which ever comes first. Core charge applies. Add Core Charge On Overhauled Pumps to purchase price. Return Cores must be Rapco or Airborne aluminum cores; no cast iron cores accepted. Cores must be returned in repairable condition to receive full credit. Return cores via UPS and reference our Invoice No. Mounting flange gasket is included. |

happy with the unit. I do not see an advantage to buying a brand new one. The core charge was 100.00 and the new unit came with the return label but shipping was not included. returning the core cost 12.50 in postage. not a big deal but I was dissappointed that it wasnt included.
Overhauled unit, but looked new. Has only been operational for about five hours, but so far, so good. Warranty on this 442CW series unit is 1 year/400 hours.

Easy replacement for a pump with a sheared drive shaft. Overhauled is equal to new, I believe. Fast service (as always )from Aircraft Spruce meant little down time for the airplane
As usual, Aircraft Spruces service was excellent and, as has been the case with a number of rebuilt components I purchased over the years, the quality of the vacuum pump I received appeared to be first rate. I think its fair to say that the Rapco pump sucks (which, in this case, is a good thing).

The 215CC is the direct replacement for the 211CC vacuum pump. It is just a new model number. The pump itself is the same.
