Overview

These compact scissors have short, stout blades for high-leverage cutting without twisting. One blade has micro-serrations that bite into material to prevent slipping, and a notch that captures soft wire, rope, or tubing.
You can grip the handles with your fingers in the loops or grab the outside for extra leverage. The scissors come with a glass-reinforced nylon sheath to cover the blades when not in use.
Micro-Serrations Hold Material
Unlike smooth-blade scissors, the micro-serrated blade grips the material so it doesn't slip or get pushed out during the cut. The serrated edge isn't meant to be sharpened and may leave a slightly textured cut.

Cutting Notch
A notch near the pivot screw helps trap and apply more leverage to cut thicker material like soft stranded wire, rope, and tubing.

Versatile Handles
Thick oval handles give you two ways to hold the scissors. Use your fingers in the loops for precise control, or grip the outside for more leverage when cutting tougher material. The steel shanks extend deep into the handles, which are molded around the shanks for a permanent fit.

Compact, Portable Size with Protective Sheath
At 5.5 inches long, these scissors are compact enough to carry in your pocket or tool bag. A glass-reinforced nylon sheath is included to keep the blades covered for safe carry.
