Q: How does the cable attach to this Comant CI-215 antenna?

The antenna has a female BNC and you will need a male BNC connector on the coax cable.

Q: Where do I find the gasket and template - pn 09-05579

Part # 09-05579 is a liquid sealant that the manufacturer of the antenna now recommends. They no longer recommend cork gaskets.
