The short answer is that it has never been tested because the chemistry of the Poly-fiber is very different to an enamel.
The best option to obtain a more "gloss" finish would be to use Aerothane instead, but that requires a fresh air mask to apply. Otherwise, you can wait a couple of weeks after applying Polyfiber and use a carnuba wax to obtain a similar gloss finish.
