Does the Marvel schebler carburetor kit come with a new needle valve

This kit does fit the MA4-5. The color instructions are helpful, but I made a float level setting gauge from scrap aluminum to get the 13/64 th inch setting, 0.203 in. It only needed minor adjusting to get the float level correct. I did have to tighten the 6 bowl screws 5 times , as the gasket compressed. A+ on the kit.
