Unit calibrated when manufactured; Tool can not be re-calibrated.
Very satisfied. I compared it against other torque wrenches and it proved accurate. Excellent value in my opinion.
Well, it works as a socket wrench, but the calibration was WAY off. Tried to torque my spark plugs at 35 ft lbs. Set the wrench properly, started turning - it clicked indicating Id hit the torque limit, but the plugs were only at 15 ft lbs when I checked with my shop wrench. Fidgeted with it many times, but nope - didnt properly set. So, its pretty useless.
