Overview

Since 2003, the popular Grex® AOS368 random orbital sander has provided proven performance for all your detailed sanding needs. Now in it’s 20th anniversary, we celebrate it’s success with the introduction of a new comprehensive kit that bundles this tool with all it’s compatible accessories plus an extensive range of premium abrasives - all packaged in a custom carrying case with foam inserts to securely protect and organize all it’s contents. This all-in-one kit gives you everything you need to quickly tackle all your projects.

The defining (and patented) feature of the AOS368 sander is its unique 105-degree angle which provides better ergonomics than traditional right-angle sanders. With its compact size, it was designed for detailed sanding, spot sanding, reaching in to corners and for getting into tight areas where larger sanders can’t reach. The precision milled hardened steel gears and ball bearings on both the motor and output shafts provides smooth, consistent and long-lasting operation.

This kit includes all three hook and loop sanding pad sizes and all two extension shaft lengths so you can customize this tool to accommodate your project regardless of how big or small or deep of a surface you need to work on.

What makes this kit complete is over $30 worth of premium Klingspor® GreenTec sanding disc. A sample pack for each of the 3 sanding pad sizes, 1”, 2” and 3”, is included. And each pack contains 2 discs of each of the 15 grits ranging from 60 all the way to 2000. Discs are made with a 3mm poly film backing that allows for dry or wet sanding. And the new T-ACT coating delivers longer life with tighter and more consistent cutting. Use it on practically any material or surface.

Suggested Applications:
Precision and detailed sanding on metal, wood and more surfaces.
