Cirrus Manifold Pressure Sensor
Supersedes: 12635-001 The 12635-003 Manifold Pressure Sensor, utilized in Cirrus SR20 and SR22 aircraft (See IPC Chapter 77 for applicability), is designed to measure the manifold pressure of the air within the engine's intake manifold. It operates based on piezoelectric principles, where pressure changes cause a deformation in a piezoelectric material, generating an electrical signal proportional to the pressure for the manifold pressure indication system(s). |
