Overview

VHF antennas are stainless steel. Insulators are made of Delrin, which resists extreme cold or high temperatures and is non-breakable. Antennas are available in straight and 45 degree or 90 degree angles. 118–136 mHz range, Weight: 3 oz., Not FAA approved. Popular antennaes for the experimental aircraft market.

Installation

  • Strip Coax cable, and wrap the copper coax wire around the metal at the bottom of the antenna base between the two delron nuts. Tighten the nuts down on the wire.
