A pair of RG24-11 batteries were installed in the Global Flyer while breaking all world records Now, a pair of RG24-11s & Global Flyer have a hangar of honor at the Smithsonian Air & Space Museum in Washington, D.C. Recombinant Gas - The RGŪ Series are low resistance, valve regulated lead acid (VRLA) batteries.
NOTE: This aircraft battery is not designed or intended for turbine aircraft engine starting applications. Warranty coverage applies to reciprocating aircraft engine starting, and standby / essential power installations. *NOTE* - The STC for some aircraft is available at an additional cost please call 877-4-SPRUCE (777823) if applicable to your aircraft.

Does not fit 152 lid. I had to trim the top of the battery case to make my hold down fit. They provided an extra bar to replace the original Cessna lid but it is inadequate. The battery worked out of the box but to evaluate the quality of battery ask me again in ten years.
