Dimensions from the description were very accurate. Easy, direct replacement for a Gill 242. Came fully charged. Works great.
These batteries are great! My last battery was kept on a Battery Minder charger whenever it was not in use. After 6 years I decided to replace it just to be on the safe side.
I needed to replace my 7yr old Concorde RG24-11M in my Skymaster. This new TSO battery should be great for years to come! Its a little shorter than the previous battery so I had to make a spacer for the hold down to work.
Have had one in my T210 for almost 6 years and just now starting to get a little sluggish. Will order a new one to have when it finally dies.
Replaced Cessna 152 battery on 09-27-14, in my Cessna 152...battery will not crank the engine & no the master was not left on! New one is $549.95 and I will not be buying one!!!
Battery is great for a 172rg but, the problem is this battery does not have a hold down built in like the original. You have to fabricate a hold down which was time consuming and aggravating. I wish I just ordered the original type.
Yes, in the PMA eligibility list, it shows the following batteries are applicable to the F33A: RG-35A, RG-35AXC, and RG24-16. The battery drawing is available as a PDF download from the web page in the 'Overview' tab. It has all dimensions provided.
You can get an STC direct from Concorde for that install. You would have to contact Concorde and fill out the STC form.
