Q: Is the AMP terminal part # 11-14279 for 2/0 (two-aught) wire?

Yes, this will work with 2/O wire.

Q: What are these made of? Are they tinned copper?

Yes, these are tinned copper.

Q: Do you have nickel or Stainless battery eyelet lugs? The Cessna part grows aluminum oxide fuzz at the hull connection. NOT good!

We only carry these that are tinned copper and a regular copper version.

Q: Are these intended to be crimped or soldered? What type of crimper?

These connectors are intended for crimping. Part # 12-03719 or 12-03178 will work.
