C after the -1032 will indicate that this is a all-metal stop nut. You will need to go with a MS21042 series nut. MS21042-3 will be the correct cross reference part for your MS20364-1032C. You could also order part # 04-01359 which is a MS20364-1032C THIN HEX NUT.
"A" stands for non metallic insert, or elastic/nylon lock nut. They are the same part, we just drop the "a" in our system.
Use MS21044N3 or AN365-1032
