FANTASTIC! Cessna 150 had a terrible shimmy when breaks were applied during taxi above 40 MPH, or from a tail wind. Found out the torque link had a significant amount of play on the bolts. Replaced old hardware with this kit. Wowzers! A world of difference. Shimmy is 100% gone. Sanded old bushings down on one side till they were flush with the torque link. Used hydrolic press to push both bushings out (used a little heat), used freezer to shrink the new bushings (with a little grease). Easy install after the bushings were replaced. This kit should be renamed: “The Shimenator!”

Great kit with everything included. You will be challenged to get the old bushings out. Be careful and drill one bushings lip off and then you can press out both bushings the one way (you will have to perform this task 3 times). Press in new bushings and most of the hard work is done.

The top and bottom bolts were alittle long, required several additional washers. The middle bolt had the hole drilled too short. I had to reuse the old bolt as this one was not usable. The bushings were correct. Cessna 150G

The top and bottom bolts were too long and required additional washers to make them work. A slightly shorter bolt would be ideal. The middle bolt was too short and required me to reuse the old bolt.had the hole drilled too short. I had to reuse the old bolt. The bushings in the middle joint fit loosely and left a lot of undesired play that I was expecting this kit to eliminate. Not impressed!
