The bolt holes are 7/16 diameter without enough edge clearance to drill up to 1/2 so I could not use it on my Lycoming O-360 which uses 1/2 diameter bolts.
There needs to be more edge distance where the holes are drilled and I used a bit of JB Weld on the screw to prevent it from loosening.

It is a #10 sheet metal screw. Our part number is THB10X12.
Center hole to center hole is approx. 4-5/8". This is used with the 5" and 6" skull spinner caps.
