Old pump failed and was able to swap it out with this new one in 45 minutes...if it wasnt for the one hard to reach bolt, would only take 10 minutes! Has performed as expected since install. My last vacuum pump lasted for 26 years and 1700 hours! Hopefully this one is the last one I will ever buy!

Seamless install and the oil drain channel looks promising. My last vacuum lasted 1,400 hours so we will see how long this one lasts. Instructions were printed in color making it clear and easy to comprehend.
Last one went 1000 hours and still going strong.
Vacuum stayed in the green at idle.
I only give five stars because of the hours of usage and the years of coverage, Have not operated the plane with it yet... Sure It will perform.
Unit arrived as promised and functioning correctly
Not impressed with this unit. Developed a loud squeal after 400 hours in service. I returned it to the manufacturer and they said that it was unserviceable and sent it back to me unrepaired to use as a core. The wear indicator shows only 1/3 used but sure didnâ€™t get much use from it. I was just past the 3year warranty but they gave no compensation at all. This was installed at a freshly overhauled engine and never saw a bit of oil contamination.
Yes, the AA3215CC is a 215CC pump which is a direct replacement for the 211CC pumps. The same is true for the AA3216CW. It is a 216CW pump which replaces the old style 212CW pumps. Lastly, the AA3215CC-9 is the same application as other manufacturer's 215CC-9 pumps.

211CC/215CC has a traditional mount location. 211CC-9/215CC dry air pump was designed to mount vertically on the accessory pad at the bottom of a Continental O-200 engine. This location is susceptible to oil contamination which can ruin a dry air pump. The 211CC-9 pump is an attempt to deal with the contamination issue by using a slinger ring on the drive shaft of the pump to throw off any oil that might happen to drip down from the engine onto the shaft.
