Q: I was going to buy this alternator now but the new engine it is going on sometime in March. How much time do I have to return the core and get the refund

We ask the core is returned in 60 days.

Q: When we are completing a Generator Conversion we will not have an alternator core to return? We will only have the Delco Remy generator, do we return this? or in this case do we just need to pay the $200 Charge?

Per Hartzell: You can send back the generator. We want what is taken off the aircraft.

Q: for the core deduction, who do i send the generator to?

You will send the core back to us with the included RMA # with your order.

Q: My core is a Chrysler, will you accept that as a core?

Hartzell wants what is taken off the aircraft. If your are replacing your Chryslet alternator they will accept it.
