Q: FAA approved for certified aircraft? It will go in a Navion.

No, these controls are not FAA Approved. There are some A-800 controls that are FAA Approved for installation in Cessna aircraft.

Q: I just received this item and ordered the 1/4 28 ball links and rod ends to suit. The end is not 1/4 28! Looks like 10/32 can someone confirm this please?

The threaded end of the A-810 throttle controls are 1/4-28 thread. You can confirm this by measuring the diameter of the threads. If it measures 1/4 then it is correct, if it measures .19 then that would mean that it would be 10-32. brbr In this case it should measure .25.
