Q: What is the difference between ACS quadrant A-1340 (part number 05-00960) and A-1340-1 (part number 05-00961)?

A-1340 (05-00960) is a two-lever quadrant and the A-1340-1 (05-00961) is a three-lever quadrant.

Q: What does reversing and non reversing refer to?

Reversing is when the cable is attached to the lever inside the housing, and when the handle is pushed forward, the cable is pushed backward. Non reversing, is when the cable is connected to the lever, and the handle pushed forward, the cable is pulled forward.

Q: Is A-1340 (part # 05-00960) a non reversing quadrant?

It is reversing. If you push the lever the cable is pulled. If you pull the lever the cable is pushed.

Q: If I push on this lever, will it pull a cable or push it ? Does the cable enter from the back of the front?

It will pull when you push. The cables can enter from either side.

Q: Are these only to be mounted on the side panel or can they be mount on the center console as well?

They are designed to be mounted on the left or right side of the cockpit.
