My unit caused a problem with the GCI outlets because of known manufacturing issue, but the company was very quick to respond with a simple fix I could do myself. now the unit works great. The product itself is well worth the cost, but more importantly is the customer service you get from Switcheon. I over loaded mine by drawing too much amperage and blew the internal fuse. I was able to send it in and Switcheon would repair and send it back for no charge, so I sent it in. Come to find out they could not fix mine so what they did was sent a new one at no charge!
