|The EFII Boost Pump Module (BPM) brings a new level of installation simplicity and functionality to the fuel system of your aircraft equipped with Bendix, AFP or Precision Airmotive type mechanical fuel injection. The BPM reduces a time consuming and frustrating plumbing job to a simple and clean, easy to set up installation. It is used to supply a steady source of 30PSI fuel to your engine during take-off, landing, priming, or emergency situations. The BPM has integral back flow prevention and pressure regulation valving.|

This is a 12V system with a maximum flow rate of 45gph-50gph.
Per Vendor: The filters are screen filters to keep chunks of debris out of the pump. They are not prone to clogging. We have never heard of one clogging.
Some people opt to use one filter coming off of each wing tank so there are two filters in the system.
This type of installation makes some people feel safer. But again, clogging has never been an issue.
This is a suction side filter (before the fuel pump). Bypass filters only work on the pressure side of the pump.
So this is not applicable in this case.
